eNKay.Social is currently in pre-launch. If you have provided personal information to us and would like it deleted, you may submit a deletion request using the contact information below.

How to request deletion

Contact us with the subject Data Deletion Request. Please include enough information for us to identify the information or account associated with your request. Do not send passwords, access tokens or other sensitive credentials by email.

Connected social accounts

When eNKay.Social begins offering social-media account connections, this page will provide the applicable account-disconnection and data-deletion procedure. Requests involving data received through a connected platform will be handled in accordance with applicable platform requirements and law.

What happens next

We may need to verify that the request relates to you before acting on it. Once verified, we will delete applicable information from active systems unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution or another lawful purpose.
